Bharatiya Hindu Temple invites you and your family and friends to participate, witness and perform in our 8th Annual Maha Rudra Yagna from Friday, May 20th to Sunday, May 22nd, 2022. This is one of the most auspicious programs that the Temple organizes every year and is attended by ritwiks from all over US and Canada. This year Temple is celebrating the Maha Rudra Yagna in association with the GRD Iyers GuruCool group of Canada. Temple recommends that you attend all the programs on all the three days if your schedule permits. The schedule is as follows (details are attached in this flyer).Friday, May 20th (Evening): Kalasha Sthapana, Ganapati Puja, Shri Lalitha Sahashranama Kumkum ArchanaSaturday May 21st (Morning): Mahanyasa, Shri Rudra Japam 1331 times, and AbhishekamSaturday May 21st (Evening): Shri Rudra Krama Archana, and Shri Durga Saptashati ParayanamSunday May 22nd (Morning): Shri Rudra Homam, Maha Purnahuti, and Kalasha AbhishekamAs you know, programs of this level need a lot of help from everyone. If you are willing to provide any help in terms of Tana-Mana-Dhana, please let us know. A signup sheet is placed at the Temple for you to enter your service of choice.Ritwik Registration: If you wish to become a ritwik, please use this link and register, as soon as possible.If your schedule does not permit you to be present in-person, please send us your details with your name, spouse name, children name and gotra, address, etc. to maharudram@bhtohio.org and Temple will perform your desired program of choice and mail the blessings/Prasadam to your address.Accommodation for out-of-town Ritwiks: The MahaRudra Yagna is attended by many out-of-town Ritwiks. Temple provides accommodation for all of them. We are looking for 30+ volunteer families who are willing to host out of town guests over the weekend (two nights on May 20 and 21). If you are willing to help us in accommodating a couple of guests at your home, please email maharudram@bhtohio.org.
